How will you price my vehicle?

We Buy Faulty Cars have access to the most up to date UK car prices, using this information and our Motor trade experience we can guarantee you are paid the best price possible for your car. Please try to provide as much information as possible allowing us to give you a fair and accurate valuation. If you feel you wish to add anything to your Free quotation you can do so by emailing us at info@webuyfaultycar.co.uk.


How does collection work?

We Buy Faulty Cars offers a FREE nationwide collection service. You can choose where the car is collected from, whether it be your home address, place of work or a garage address.


My car does not run, Will you still buy it?

YES, We Buy Faulty car will buy any type of car whether it has complete engine failure or small engine related problems, We specialise in cars with faults!


Why is an email address and contact number required?

Your contact number is used incase we need to call you to ask for further information relating to your car. We use your email address to send your valuation.


I filled in your form but have not received a quote?

You need to check your junk/spam email folder. If you still have not received then please email us at info@webuyfaultycars.co.uk


What payment methods do you offer?

We offer 3 payment methods; Instant Bank transfer, Cheque and cash can also be arranged.


What documentation do I require to sell my car?

We ask that you have the following at the time of collection {if applicable):
- V5 Document
- Service book, Handbook, keys, radio & key codes and etc.
- MOT (if applicable) Personal Identification
- Photo driving licence or passport
